Certified probate documents, including fiduciary letters and small estate affidavits, may need paper certification for banks, title companies, agencies, or out-of-state use. Historic Umatilla Probate Records

Request Probate Copies
Probate copy requests should include as much case detail as possible, such as decedent name, protected person name, case number, filing year, document title, and a local phone number or email. The local court asks requesters to provide contact information because it does not return long-distance calls. Payment must be made in full before processing.
